Session Overview
In this 1-hr session, my goal is to ideate a sustainable financial trajectory for the operationalization of my 501c3 non-profit organization, The Too Alive Tour, Inc. I am looking for advice on the best approach to maintain at least a 60% profit margin through the sale of two social and emotional learning curriculums to high school (mainly) and colleges for the 14-19 year old students. One curriculum is geared to my internship program, and the other is for in-class/virtual use. As well as an in-school production that speaks to positive self-imaging, anti-bullying and career awareness. I currently have price points set for the in-school show, and am looking to create sustainable pricing ensure the organization is profitable and I'm able to make a livable wage as the only current employee.
