Project Overview
The Museum of Political Corruption is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization seeking to empower the public through education. We are an all-volunteer organization, with a board of 12. We have accomplished much since our founding in 2015, but to move forward effectively and better serve the public, we need to develop a strategic plan. We are seeking a facilitator who can assist our board with this, preferably someone who has experience in the nonprofit/museum sector. Thank you!
The Museum of Political Corruption has accomplished much without a strategic plan, including creating a virtual museum, an international film series, and hosting the Nellie Bly Award for Investigative Reporting. If we are to move forward, especially with big issues, such as the building of a brick-and-mortar facility, we require a strategic plan. This will certainly help us better fulfill our mission to the public.
Our board is ready to commit to the process of developing a strategic plan. We believe this can be accomplished through a series of Zoom meetings.
